“Riverside Resources is very pleased with ECR’s efforts and the end result at 4700 Mueller. We purchased a vacant building and shortly after we acquired the building, ECR’s leasing team signed 3 new leases and helped procure a user to purchase 4700 Mueller, exceeding our expectations. All of this during a global pandemic with uncertainty around the office market. The team’s results at 4700 Mueller provides us with a success story that surpasses this assignment and contributes to the overall strong relationship with ECR.”
Win Smith, Riverside Resources
“Lease negotiations are always work and never fun, but the experience with Jason and Haley was about as good as it gets. IJ is thrilled with the lease and the concessions that we received. And when this lease term is up, I look forward to working with them again.”
Daniel Knepper, Institute for Justice
“The ECR team has been a great partner for us in Austin. ECR keeps us well informed with local market activity as well as all activity within our project. Our brokers have worked hard to maintain a substantially full asset over the long-term, creating great value for our firm.”
Sarajane Goodfellow, Unico Properties
When and why did you begin a career in commercial real estate?
My commercial real estate career started in 2008. What caught my attention early on about this business is helping people/businesses execute on creative solutions that achieve their goals. This business is also very much a people business and I enjoy working with different personalities and backgrounds.
What do you specialize in at ECR?
Advising ownerships in the Austin market with office leasing and sales services.
What has been your greatest accomplishment during your career?
Being a part of ECR’s growth and success. Since 2010, the ups and downs have made for a great journey and I am excited for what’s to come.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
Traveling to the beach with my family. We are very happy lounging on a beach/watching sunsets. I also enjoy reading, gardening, and playing pickleball. Great cold brew coffee and wine are two ways to my heart.
I enjoy listening to the goals of my clients and working to identify creative solutions and opportunities to advise them.
