“Riverside Resources is very pleased with ECR’s efforts and the result at 4700 Mueller. We purchased a vacant building, and shortly after we acquired the building, ECR’s leasing team signed 3 new leases and helped procure a user to purchase 4700 Mueller, exceeding our expectations. All of this during a global pandemic with uncertainty around the office market. The team’s results at 4700 Mueller give us a success story that surpasses this assignment and contributes to the overall strong relationship with ECR.”
Win Smith, Riverside Resources
“Partnering with the ECR Team has been instrumental to the success of our real estate investments in the Austin market. They are among the most responsive and thoughtful leasing teams I’ve worked with across our nationwide portfolio. During times of strong leasing demand, the team was able to increase rental rates while limiting concessions and downtime, always thinking like an owner to drive alpha. When the market softened, the team proactively increased prospecting efforts, created a best-in-class marketing campaign, held broker events, and developed our spec suite program, which directly resulted in sustained leasing activity. Once a lease is signed, they stay engaged. The relationships they’ve built with our tenants have helped mitigate unforeseen issues and led to numerous expansion opportunities. I look forward to working with Jason, Matt, Issac, Rebecca, and the rest of the ECR team for years to come.”

“Lease negotiations are always work and never fun, but the experience with Jason and Haley was about as good as it gets. IJ is thrilled with the lease and the concessions that we received. And when this lease term is up, I look forward to working with them again.”
Daniel Knepper, Institute for Justice
“As a result of the pandemic, we had 50% of our space vacant in a market where many offices were completely vacant. Isaac and Jason went above and beyond in finding us a replacement tenant during the pandemic, and it resulted in a wonderful relocation for us.”
Dan Richards, Richards, Rodriguez, & Skeith LLP
“The brokerage team at ECR is the best that I’ve worked with in any market. They are strategic, responsive, and always put the work in to turn something around quickly. We are venture-backed, so it’s a constant challenge to balance adding space when we need it and not over-committing. They have made it easy, and I look forward to solving the next challenge with their help.”
