- Generate requests for proposals incorporating design documents and lease terms
- Advise client on contract structure and make recommendations based on project scope
- Conduct general contractor interviews and guide selection
- Negotiate a contract with general contractors
- Obtain multiple competitive construction bids and put together a comparison analysis
CONSTRUCTION ADMIN
- Establish regular update meetings with client, contractor, and architect
- Review job site progress to ensure it matches the schedule
- Review Jobsite issues and provide guidance and solutions
- Review contractor’s applications for payment
- Ensure completion of scope to construction documents
MOVE COORDINATION
- Coordinate schedules and logistics of 3rd party vendors within the job site
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of furniture delivery
- Confirm landlord’s requirements for move-in
