Our Story

ECR was established in 2010, by Founder and Managing Partner, Matt Levin, out of the necessity to approach real estate differently. Placing a focus on relationships over transactions, our team is able to devote their focus, hard work, and attention to our clients. Our unique business model provides favorable commission splits, profit share, and an innovative approach to supporting our team members.

Our Community

ECR is not only passionate about building successful business relationships; we are extraordinarily passionate about giving back to the communities we call home. ECR Serves is a company-wide philanthropic committee that organizes initiatives to give back. As part of this effort, throughout the year our team participates in various volunteer activities, back-to-school supply drives, toy drives for the holiday season, and fundraisers for several great causes that support our communities.

MEAL FOR A DEAL
At the end of the year, we calculate the number of completed deals and the total square footage of properties managed. For every deal completed and for every 10,000 SF managed, ECR donates the value of a meal to those in need. Our Meal for a Deal initiative allows us to proudly provide thousands of meals annually, and this effort continues to grow.

I never thought I would find a company to work for like ECR. While some companies talk about their values ECR acts on them each and every day, it is something everyone at ECR believes in and puts forth with their actions, care, and demeanor. It is a team of truly wonderful individuals I am so lucky to have in my life.

In a varied career working with a wide range of organizations, I’ve never been with a company that is more open with employees on both successes and challenges, and open to input, than ECR. Great communication and a team approach are big parts of what makes working here so worthwhile for me.

ECR provided me with the leadership and mentorship that I needed to be successful in my career. The culture and the people are some of the best I have ever worked with and are all great examples of the principles ECR stands behind.

Working for ECR has been one of the best experiences of my life so far. Everybody on the team is wonderful and always willing to lend a hand to one another. It is like a family. At ECR we have fun and connect while going about our daily business. It truly is a great place to be.
