Founded in February 2010, ECR is a third-party commercial real estate brokerage services firm located in Austin, Texas. Currently, ECR is made up of 26 team members and is excited by plans for continued growth. Assistant Property Manager

Location: Austin, TX | Full-time

Responsible for the day to day administrative operations of the Property Management Division, including dispatching maintenance calls from tenants, providing assistance with AP/AR and financial reporting, building strong tenant relations and maintenance of vendor contracts and tenant files. Provides a high-level of customer service and problem-solving skills to address a variety of property and tenant-related issues. Travel to managed properties as necessary. Assist with the oversight of tenant and building construction projects. Provide administrative support for the Director of Property Management. Be a strong example for the ECR Team and in the marketplace. Facilitate current systems and procedures.



Property Manager

Location: Austin, TX | Full-time

The Property Manager position supports and assists in the management of commercial real estate in accordance with the Management Agreements. The Property Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, vendor relations, contract negotiations, etc. The Property Manager handles tenant complaints and service requests and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. The Property Manager assists in the preparation of property financials, which includes, but is not limited to, the annual budget, annual expense reconciliation calculations, monthly reporting and financial packages.



Research Analyst (Transitions into Brokerage Advisor role)

Location: Austin, TX | Full-time

The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for learning about the commercial real estate industry, desire to work toward becoming a licensed real estate agent/broker and in time become an ECR Brokerage Advisor. S/he will be detail-oriented, fast-paced, team-driven, possess strong time-management and research skills. Communication skills are imperative as well as possessing the desire for continuous improvement and growth.

The demands of the position may vary, so versatility and flexibility are required.



Brokerage Support Assistant (Temporary)

Location: Austin, TX | Temporary

The Brokerage Support Assistant is responsible for daily short/long term projects assigned by the Brokerage Advisor Team. Most projects consist of research, file creation, compilation, organization, and design. The Brokerage Support Assistant will have duties in assisting the Brokerage Advisor Team, as well as being back up to operations. Effectiveness of the position relies on the Brokerage Support Assistant’s ability to organize and maintain tasks as they are assigned as well as ensure accuracy of produced files and reports. The Brokerage Support Assistant must communicate with several other team members, and be able to work in a team environment when necessary as well as be individually goal oriented. The Brokerage Support Assistant takes part in most meetings to take notes, lead discussions, or participate in creative brainstorming sessions. Understanding different individual processes is also required, as different taskmasters could potentially have different methods or specifications.
