About Stephen Pannes

Stephen Pannes provides commercial real estate brokerage services to office and industrial property owners and tenants to help achieve their real estate goals and ensure his clients achieve the best deal terms possible.

Areas of expertise include Office and Industrial leasing and sales, ground-up construction, lease vs. purchase analysis, and Office and Industrial tenant/buyer representation (relocations, renewals, expansions, and subleasing).

He brings an organized, analytical approach to identifying trends, potential obstacles, and areas of opportunity for his clients. His background provides him with the skills needed to successfully analyze, plan, and execute goals with a dedication to detail and follow-through.

Stephen received his Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and is currently working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is also recognized as one of Austin Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters”.

When and why did you begin a career in commercial real estate?
I began my career in commercial real estate in 2016 with ECR. The decision stemmed from my passion for building genuine, long-term relationships and collaborating with a wide range of individuals and businesses. I have always been fascinated by problem-solving in dynamic environments. Joining ECR was a natural fit for aligning my skills with a complex industry, allowing me to contribute meaningfully by helping my clients achieve their goals.
