Stephen is a Brokerage Advisor at ECR who came up through the research side of the business, spending time putting together quarterly market reports, tracking properties and tenants across Austin, and building a ground-level understanding of the local economy before ever working a deal. That foundation shapes how he approaches brokerage today: leading with relationships while letting data drive the decisions.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys training for marathons, spending time on the lake, and attending a local startup church.
