Stephanie Trevino serves as ECR’s Accounting Manager, leading the firm’s accounting operations team, which encompasses both property accounting and treasury functions. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and the day-to-day supervision of the accounting team, ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting across ECR’s managed portfolio. She works closely with property managers, ownership groups, and senior leadership to deliver the financial visibility ECR’s clients depend on.
Stephanie brings more than 14 years of commercial real estate accounting experience to ECR. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a Senior Manager at Endeavor Real Estate Group, one of Austin’s most respected commercial real estate firms, where she developed deep expertise in property-level accounting, financial reporting, and treasury operations across a large, diverse portfolio. That background gives her firsthand insight into the financial complexities owners and investors face, and informs her practical, solutions-oriented approach to leading ECR’s accounting team.
Stephanie graduated from St. Edward’s University in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, and in 2025, she completed her MBA. She is recognized by colleagues and clients alike for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to mentoring the next generation of accounting professionals.
