Rebecca joined ECR as its third team member in 2010 and oversees project leasing responsibilities for over one million SF of office and medical space. In addition to landlord representation, Rebecca represents tenants with their site selection, negotiation, and long-term strategy while providing commercial real estate sales services through client dispositions and acquisitions. Rebecca has completed over 550 transactions and has been recognized as an Austin Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” for multiple years.
Rebecca is currently in her third year of serving on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) as the liaison to its two local charities, RMHC and Mainspring Schools. She also helps lead ECR Serves and is involved with Gateway Church in Austin.
Before ECR, Rebecca worked at Stanford University in the residential and dining department. Before Stanford, Rebecca worked for RE/MAX Alliance in the greater Boulder area after graduating from the University of Colorado in Boulder (CU), where she received her Bachelor of Arts and a business certificate and developed her passion for real estate.
“The ECR Team has shown an impressive ability to close deals in a challenging market. They have also successfully developed their relationship with our existing tenants, helping to reduce turnover and increase rents. They truly understand the concept of creating value.”
Aaron Lazovik, Brickman
“ECR successfully solved our leasing requirements for a large, contiguous space with minimal vacancy and downtime, completing the transaction through some complicated challenges. While the building’s dated main entrance, lobby, and corridors were under construction, ECR successfully leased the building by helping prospects envision their future updated workplace environment. The ECR team is hard-working, well-organized, and focused. They diligently communicated with the owners and tenants, providing knowledgeable support.”
Debra Bush, Regency Office Center
“Our decision to hire ECR was based on their interest in our property. Before receiving the leasing assignment, ECR brought several new tenants to our building. We had one empty floor at 7600 Burnet Road, and after 4 months of marketing the property, ECR produced signed leases for this space and others. We find the associates at ECR to be very responsive and pleasant to work with.”

When and why did you begin a career in commercial real estate?
I began my commercial real estate career in 2011. My passion began in 2004 during a business certification program I took through the Leeds School of Business at CU, and I worked for RE/MAX in the greater Boulder area until 2006. After working as a staff member at Stanford University, I decided to pursue my dream of serving clients and their businesses through commercial real estate in Austin, and I moved in 2010. The most rewarding aspect of what I do is serving clients, helping businesses achieve their goals, and getting to know some incredible people.
What do you specialize in at ECR?
I oversee leasing responsibilities for over 1.1 million SF of office space and serve clients with their investment sales goals throughout the greater Austin area.
What has been your greatest accomplishment during your career?
I joined ECR in 2010 and enjoy being a part of its growth from two people when I joined to the team it has grown to become today, which serves its clients at the highest level possible.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I served for 3 years on the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) Board of Directors as the liaison to its local charities, RMHC and Mainspring Schools, and on our ECR Serves team.
I enjoy traveling to and with my family, being near the water, whether it’s Town Lake or the ocean, exploring new places, getting out to the Hill Country, serving in the community or at Gateway Church, going to the movies, and hearing amazing music.
I care a lot about each client and their goals, and I work hard to execute on what matters most to them.
