The ECR Team has shown an impressive ability to close deals in a challenging market. They have also successfully developed their relationship with our existing tenants, helping to reduce turnover and increase rents. They truly understand the concept of creating value.

Dan Wheat, Barshop & Oles Company

ECR successfully solved our leasing requirements for a large, contiguous amount of space, with minimal amount of vacancy and downtime, completing the transaction through some complicated challenges. While the building’s dated main entrance, lobby and corridors were under construction, ECR successfully leased the building by helping prospects envision their future updated workplace environment. The ECR team is hard-working, well organized and focused. They diligently communicated with the owners and tenant, providing knowledgeable support throughout the process.

Debra Bush, Regency Office Center

Our decision to hire ECR was based on their interest in our property. Prior to receiving the leasing assignment, ECR brought several new tenants to our building. We had one empty floor at 7600 Burnet Road, and after 4 months of marketing the property, ECR produced signed leases for this space and others. We find the associates at ECR to be very responsive and pleasant to work with.

When and why did you begin a career in commercial real estate?
In 2010. I joined the ECR team to kick off my career and completed my first lease in 2011. My passion for real estate began during a business certification program at CU in 2004. I worked for RE/MAX until 2006, accepted an opportunity on staff at Stanford University, then moved to Austin in 2010 to pursue my dream of serving clients and businesses through commercial real estate.

What do you specialize in at ECR?
Office leasing and sales.

What has been your greatest accomplishment during your career?
Marking a decade with ECR in 2020 and reflecting on the journey it has been – growing with a team that successfully serves its clients at the highest level possible, aligns with my values, and mentoring our newer team members.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I enjoy time with my family, sports, life group, being on the water, taking in the Town Lake Trail and Austin’s parks, exploring the Hill Country, helping our community and traveling.

I care a lot about each client and their goals, and I work hard to execute on what matters most to them.
