Mike Bartz joined ECR Management as Lead Engineer for Norwood Tower, where he has been involved in building operations for over 10 years. He now serves as Chief Engineer, overseeing all engineering operations across the portfolio while continuing as the primary engineer at Norwood Tower.
His extensive experience in building maintenance, general curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills make him uniquely qualified to support both the day-to-day needs of multiple properties and the specialized demands of a historic building such as Norwood Tower.
In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and riding his Harley.
