Michelle Ackermann joins ECR as Associate Director with more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She brings extensive knowledge of the Austin market and specializes in property management for large-scale office and industrial portfolios. Prior to joining ECR, Michelle served as Associate Director of Property Management at Stream Realty Partners, overseeing a portfolio totaling more than 3.5 million square feet in the Austin area.
Before Stream, Michelle spent 11 years with TIG Real Estate Services, managing more than 1.5 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties. Earlier in her career, she worked at Kennedy Wilson for 12 years as a Senior Property Manager, where she was involved in the ground-up development and construction management of three commercial office buildings totaling over 400,000 square feet.
Michelle began her career as a Property Accountant with Coldwell Banker in Houston. She is a licensed Texas real estate agent and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designations.
