About Matt Levin, SIOR

Matt Levin provides commercial real estate brokerage services with a focus and expertise for office product type. Through Mr. Levin’s deep experience having completed over 1,000 transactions, hard-work, and passion for commercial real estate services, he has helped many of Austin’s premier property owners and businesses successfully reach their commercial real estate goals.

Professionally, Matt is the past President of the Commercial Leasing Brokers Association, the past Membership Chair for the Real Estate Council of Austin, a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and a former Board Member and Community Chair for the Austin Entrepreneurs Organization. Further, Mr. Levin is acknowledged on the Austin Business Journal’s Heavy Hitters List for the top office leasing commercial real estate brokers every year.

Matt believes in the importance of giving back to the community. He is actively involved in ECR’s philanthropic arm – ECR Serves, as well as a founding member of the Friends of the Austin Nature & Science Center and current active member, while supporting a number of other community organizations.

Our experiences with ECR have resulted in proven success. ECR brokers have an excellent rapport with all other Brokers in Austin and work hard to stay in tune with current market trends, and have high levels of professionalism in all aspects. When and why did you begin a career in commercial real estate?
I began my real estate career my sophomore year of college leasing campus properties and never looked back. After graduating college, I moved into commercial real estate brokerage, where I am still today and feel very fortunate to have found a career I am so passionate about.

What do you specialize in at ECR? / How do you approach client relationships?
I specialize in leasing and sales within office product type. We are in a service industry and I work to serve my clients as best as possible. Hard work and great, consistent communication are requirements. I also view relationships as long-term, and to be sustainable and satisfying they must be productive and enjoyable for all parties.  I strive to build real/genuine relationships where I truly know and care about my clients, and they feel the same way towards me.

What has been your greatest accomplishment during your career?
Helping lead ECR to become one of the most active commercial real estate companies in Central Texas has been an incredible journey.  Through this I have learned to be entrepreneurial, to have grit to persevere, and the value of building real relationships with many amazing clients and team members.  However, as much as past accomplishments are enjoyable, I feel the best is ahead – onward.
