Matt and the team at ECR did an amazing job in managing the entire commercial real estate procurement process for us. From site selection, site visits and term negotiation, to contract finalization, build out and contract management, and move-in coordination, ECR was able to provide a turn-key solution for us, allowing us to minimize our search costs and ultimately secure a terrific downtown property to help us expand our business. .

Jay Manickam,

Our experiences with ECR have resulted in proven success. ECR brokers have an excellent rapport with all other Brokers in Austin and work hard to stay in tune with current market trends, and have high levels of professionalism in all aspects. We enlisted ECR to provide leasing services for two office buildings with a total of 56,000 SF of vacant space. One property had been on the market for 18 months and, within 5 months they succeeded in leasing this space. Our other location was available in May and, after a few months, they helped to re-let this space, restoring occupancy to 100% at both properties with quality tenants in a very short time. We give ECR our strong recommendation with a vote of confidence.

ClearCube Technology has been working with ECR for the past 3 years and has always gone above and beyond our expectations. Our broker is professional, is extremely organized, punctual and highly skilled in the commercial real estate field. ECR’s unique and innovative skills have saved our company thousands of dollars. You will not find harder working and more talented representatives in the industry… I highly recommend ECR to anyone looking for a great commercial Real Estate Broker.

When and why did you begin a career in commercial real estate?
I began my real estate career my sophomore year of college leasing campus properties and never looked back. After graduating college, I moved into commercial real estate brokerage, where I am still today and feel very fortunate to have found a career I am so passionate about.

What do you specialize in at ECR? / How do you approach client relationships?
I specialize in leasing and sales within office product type. We are in a service industry and I work to serve my clients as best as possible. Hard work and great, consistent communication are requirements. I also view relationships as long-term, and to be sustainable and satisfying they must be productive and enjoyable for all parties.  I strive to build real/genuine relationships where I truly know and care about my clients, and they feel the same way towards me.

What has been your greatest accomplishment during your career?
Helping lead ECR to become one of the most active commercial real estate companies in Central Texas has been an incredible journey.  Through this I have learned to be entrepreneurial, to have grit to persevere, and the value of building real relationships with many amazing clients and team members.  However, as much as past accomplishments are enjoyable, I feel the best is ahead – onward.

I strive to build real and genuine relationships with my clients.
