Katelyn Sims serves the management team as a Property Assistant, contributing support across a variety of daily operations. She helps keep properties running smoothly by coordinating with tenants, supporting work orders and vendor follow-up, and assisting the team with the administrative details that keep day-to-day management on track. She holds a bachelor’s degree in counseling, which informs the professional, people-centered approach she brings to tenant coordination and team support.
Outside the office, Katelyn enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
