Joshua has actively managed the success of over 390,000 square feet and dozens of acres of commercial real estate transactions, exceeding $64 million in total value. His primary focus is within the industrial, office, and land markets of Central Texas. Whether his clients are pursuing an acquisition, disposition (sale), or lease, he makes it his goal to identify obstacles before they become issues and provide guidance for his clients. This is accomplished by maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the state and local markets and providing estimated economics behind each opportunity.
Josh serves on the boards of the New Sweden Municipal Utility District.
He received his Masters in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University and his Bachelors of Business Administration from Longwood University.
Joshua is currently working towards completing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
