Jennifer Umana is an Assistant Property Manager on the ECR team, providing professional services for a diverse portfolio of properties.
Jennifer began her property management career in 2023 as a Property Administrator at Stream Realty Partners, supporting a portfolio of over 3 million square feet of industrial and office properties and community associations. As she continues her career with ECR, Jennifer is eager to expand her knowledge, take on new challenges, and further develop her expertise within the property management industry.
Before transitioning into property management, Jennifer built a strong background in administrative support and accounts payable, working in the energy/tech industry in Georgia and with an HVAC company in Oklahoma. Through these roles, she developed expertise in financial processing, vendor relations, invoice management, organization, customer service, and problem-solving, while honing her ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring new places, watching movies, and pursuing her passion for genealogy.
