Isaac Gutierrez is a Senior Brokerage Advisor at ECR, where he delivers commercial real estate solutions to office property owners and tenants.
Based in Austin, Isaac primarily represents office landlords, with a portfolio of 20 clients and more than 1.4 million square feet under leasing representation. He has also recently closed several successful sales transactions on behalf of buyers and sellers of office buildings throughout the Austin metro area. His work in tenant representation gives him firsthand insight into current market terms, along with a sharp sense of how and where to negotiate with landlords to secure the best possible deal.
A San Antonio native, Isaac brings years of market research and licensed agent experience to his role. He holds dual degrees in Finance and Real Estate Finance and Development from the College of Business at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with his family.

When and why did you begin a career in commercial real estate?
I began my career in commercial real estate in 2016 as an intern, conducting multifamily analysis for an ownership group. After graduating from UTSA, I worked in residential for 3 years before going back into CRE in early 2021. Real estate has always been my passion, as I have a degree in real estate finance and development. Every aspect is interesting, and the entire process has always fascinated me. I enjoy being near bodies of water and spending time in the great outdoors. I also attend concerts and sporting events, and occasionally play low-intensity sports. I enjoy traveling, seeing new places, and trying new restaurants.
