When and why did you begin a career in commercial real estate?
I began my career in commercial real estate at Riverside Resources in 2014, working to lease-up the renovated AMD campus in Austin, Texas. After my time there, I worked for Sabre Commercial in 2015, to handle the oversight and coordination of a ground-up medical office development. These experiences left me with a solid understanding of both the financial and technical aspects of commercial real estate. I began my career with ECR in 2016 after realizing that my strengths played well in the brokerage environment. It was only after my first year of brokerage that I realized there was a deep satisfaction to be had in helping businesses achieve their goals.

How do you approach client relationships?
I focus on communication, personal connection with the individual or group, maintaining a positive attitude, and being open to sharing my opinions and knowledge to assist in exceeding expectations for my clients.

What has been your greatest accomplishment during your career?
One of the greatest accomplishments in my career has been the sale-lease back of a 26,000 SF medical office building to one of the top private medical acquisition companies in the nation.

I specialize in providing companies, healthcare providers and health systems with asset and occupancy solutions.
