Chris Pagan is a Maintenance Technician supporting multiple ECR properties. He joined the ECR team after spending three years working as a security guard, where he gained strong experience in responsibility, awareness, and day-to-day problem-solving.
Chris has a background in auto mechanics and enjoys learning the building engineering and maintenance side of the role. He brings a hands-on approach to his work and is always looking to build his skills and knowledge on the job.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys gaming, cooking, and working on cars in his spare time.
