Brian Velazquez is a native of Austin, Texas, and a recent graduate of UTSA with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development. He serves the ECR team as a Research Analyst, supporting brokerage and marketing efforts through market research, data analysis, and property-level insights.
In his role, Brian assists with compiling market reports, tracking leasing and sales activity, and analyzing trends that help inform strategy across ECR’s portfolio. His educational background in real estate finance, combined with hands-on experience in property management, enables him to approach research with a practical and detail-driven perspective.
Brian aspires to pursue a career in real estate development and is focused on building the analytical foundation and market understanding needed to reach that goal.
Outside the office, Brian enjoys reading, playing soccer with friends, and exploring Austin’s food/coffee scene.
