Aaron Clemons serves as Director of Construction Management with ECR. He manages various projects and functions as a key liaison between real estate investors, tenants, consultants, and brokers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Aaron is closely involved with projects from the planning stages through the final move, including site selection, budget, schedule development, design, contractor selection, construction oversight, and move management.
Before joining ECR, Aaron was the Vice President of Construction Management at Stream Realty Partners for nine Years, where he managed large tenant build-outs, capital improvement projects, minor renovations, and everything in between. Aaron’s extensive knowledge and experience in the market bring great value to assisting our clients in delivering a seamless product. Aaron graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor’s in construction science and management.
