ECR | Equitable Commercial Realty, PLLC (“ECR”) operates a text messaging program for operational communications with ECR personnel, vendors, contractors, service providers, and business contacts associated with the properties we lease and manage. Messages are delivered through third-party messaging platforms acting as our service providers.

To receive text messages from ECR, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older.
You will only receive text messages from ECR if you have provided your mobile number to us and agreed to receive text messages, whether through a vendor onboarding form, a service agreement, a written or verbal request during the course of business, or by texting us first.
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring operational messages from ECR at that number, and you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, contract, or service agreement with ECR, and your participation is entirely voluntary.
Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on property activity, service requests, and operational need.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may stop receiving text messages from ECR at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply with END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE.
After you send an opt-out request, we will send one confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt back in.
To opt back in, text START to the number you previously received messages from, or contact us directly.
