Today two of ECR’s property managers earned new designations through IREM.
Diana Marmolejo de Arellano took the Oath for the CPM designation, Certified Property Manager. The CPM is the premier certification in real estate management world-wide. Owners, investors, and employers know that if you hold the Certified Property Manager designation, you have the knowledge to maximize the value of any property. (Source: IREM)
Heidi Frick took the Oath for the ARM designation, Accredited Residential Manager. The ARM® is designed specifically for those who are in their early career stage managing residential properties. This demonstrates that you’ve mastered core competencies in resident relations, leasing, maintenance, risk management and budgeting.
The event took place at Maggiano’s at The Domain as part of the IREM Holiday Luncheon. These certifications are part of ECR’s continued education efforts for employees.
