ECR is pleased to announce that Nick Owens has joined the firm as a Senior Brokerage Advisor, bringing more than 8 years of commercial real estate experience to the ECR team.
Nick provides brokerage services to office and flex property owners, investors, and tenants across the Austin MSA, with expertise spanning tenant and buyer representation, leasing, marketing, and the sale of commercial real estate assets. Having represented commercial property owners alongside local, regional, and national companies on both leasing and purchasing, he brings a balanced perspective on how buyers evaluate opportunities and how sellers maximize value. He is known for pairing analytical rigor and market intelligence with a client-first mindset, guiding clients through complex negotiations with integrity and attention to detail.
In his new role, Owens will work closely with owners, investors, and tenants across Central Texas, leveraging deep market knowledge to deliver thoughtful strategy and strong execution on every engagement. He is actively involved in the Austin community, currently serving on the board of AGE of Central Texas, and previously served on the Executive Committee of the Young Men’s Business League (YMBL) and as a board member of Austin Sunshine Camps (ASC). He remains engaged in the real estate community through the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR). Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minor in Energy from Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business.
