ECR is celebrating its second year in business in the San Antonio market. Since opening the office in 2018, ECR has been steadily growing its business and team in the past two years with the addition of the two newest brokerage team members, Ryan Metz, Brokerage Advisor, and Michael Vazquez, Research Analyst.
Currently, ECR is handling the leasing of several notable projects, including Century Heights. The project, owned by Braun Enterprises, is a 187,718 SF building located at 84 NE Loop 410 with availability ranging from smaller spaces, including executive suites, up to large, open floor plans.

In addition, ECR leases the Dry Goods Building and the Aztec, two historic and unique buildings in downtown San Antonio. The Dry Goods Building, located at 107 N Flores Street, offers 11,000 RSF of recently renovated office space to tenants seeking a creative office environment in a historic building with a private entrance on N. Flores Street. The Aztec building, located at 201 E. Commerce Street, features approximately 26,000 SF of creative office space with exposed ceilings, historic character, and three rooftop terraces. ECR is handles the leasing and subleasing of 7272 Wurzbach Road, The Shops at Lincoln Heights, Brookhollow Business Center, 2727 NW Loop 410 and Medical Center Tower II.

The management team consists of Jamie Ward, Property Administrator, John Johnson, Maintenance Technician/Day Porter, Joseph Rivera, Maintenance Engineer II, and Suzanne Clements, Senior Property Manager I. The management team is based inside Century Heights.
