ECR is thrilled to announce expansion of its commercial real estate brokerage and management operations to San Antonio. As ECR has grown over the last nine years, so have the requirements from existing and new clients to San Antonio.

Currently, ECR San Antonio has multiple property listings, including the iconic Aztec building in downtown, while also working with many tenants and investors in the market.

The new ECR office is in the heart of downtown San Antonio, which is itself experiencing a resurgence of growth.

Albert Vazquez has joined the ECR team in San Antonio and offers years of commercial real estate experience within the local market. His strong integrity and service-minded approach aligns well with the firm’s equitable, relationship-driven approach. Albert stated, “I’m thrilled to join ECR and assist in the firm’s expansion into San Antonio. Coupled with a depth of experience and resources, ECR offers an excellent full-service platform to build on a dynamic team of professionals and culture that values hard work, growth, and developing relationships. I was drawn to the opportunity to be part of ECR because of their genuine commitment to enter this market and to have an impact on that growth. As a true third-party brokerage, I see the opportunities to provide value in serving our client’s interest first.”

Matt Levin, the Managing Principal for ECR shared, “We are excited for Albert to join our team in San Antonio. Austin and San Antonio are different markets, both with incredible opportunity. In Austin, we have prided ourselves on our approach whereby we do not view client interaction as a series of transactions, but rather, a strong, lasting relationship. We are very fortunate to grow ECR San Antonio with team members like Albert who share this same DNA.”

ECR was listed on Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the nation for four years in a row and has received other notable growth recognitions such as the Austin Business Journal’s “Fast 50” for fastest growing companies in the market. It has always been ECR’s mission to go beyond real estate and continually look for ways to expand its services to clients’ needs. Over the years, those needs have spanned across Central Texas and have landed us to put down official roots in San Antonio.  ECR San Antonio’s services include high-quality commercial real estate leasing, sales, property management, and construction management.

One of the missions at ECR is to serve the communities in which we live and work and this is supported through our internal volunteer committee, ECR Serves. ECR Serves is designed to intentionally and consistently give back to our communities. This is done through volunteering, donation drives, and fundraising.  Additionally, we provide a Meal for every Deal we complete to those in our community. To date, ECR has provided thousands of meals to those in our communities. Some organizations we have served in Austin include Sammy’s House, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas, the National Domestic Violence Hotline, Meals on Wheels, Keep Austin Beautiful, Foundation Communities, Austin Nature and Science Center and many more.

We are looking forward to expanding ECR Serves’ reach to San Antonio to help make a difference in the community, as it has done in Austin.

With the continuous growth of Central Texas and ECR, we are energized by this expansion and the opportunity to build and strengthen the team by creating deep relationships in the community.
