- Hosted private brokerage lunches with healthcare specialty real estate brokers.
- Researched healthcare specialists lacking a South Austin presence and targeted them for prospecting.
- Created a custom brand and marketing strategy utilizing ECR’s in-house marketing team.
- Pursued a direct mailer campaign targeted towards medical users as well as brokers.
- ECR was able to lease the floor to two quality medical tenants for long-term leases.
- ECR successfully secured deal terms that were more than satisfactory to the Water Leaf Medical ownership, making the Water Leaf Medical project 100% leased.
