ECR was hired by the ownership and developer for Water Leaf Medical located at 5301 Davis Lane to lease up the last floor available in the medical project.
The floor was in cold-dark shell condition and signage rights for the building had been granted to the first-floor tenants.

Researched healthcare specialists lacking a South Austin presence and targeted them for prospecting.
Created a custom brand and marketing strategy utilizing ECR’s in-house marketing team.
Pursued a direct mailer campaign targeted towards medical users as well as brokers.
Results
ECR was able to lease the floor to two quality medical tenants for long-term leases.
ECR successfully secured deal terms that were more than satisfactory to the Water Leaf Medical ownership, making the Water Leaf Medical project 100% leased.
