ECR developed and executed a focused and proactive marketing strategy targeted towards the brokerage community as well as directly to tenants in the area. The strategy consisted of the following:

After having 11,000 SF of vacant office space on the market for more than 18 months, we enlisted ECR to provide leasing services on our behalf. They have an excellent rapport with other Brokers in the Austin marketplace and, within a short 5-month period, have succeeded in helping to lease this space and restoring building occupancy to 99%. Based on this performance and our confidence in their ability, we have recently awarded ECR a new listing for 45,000 SF in another office building. ECR works hard to stay in tune with current market trends and they remain consistent in demonstrating a high level of professionalism in providing leasing services for our properties in Austin. We would not hesitate to give ECR a strong recommendation.
