With Operating Expenses increasing and parking availability shrinking downtown Austin, ECR was hired by Puffingston, Inc. to serve as its office lease advisor and to assist with finding a creative space for their media firm. Puffingston’s main needs were to have an affordable, creative office space with ample parking, in the periphery of downtown. Puffingston had outgrown its current space and needed a longer-term office solution that could support its growth projections.
ECR and Puffingston worked together to ensure a clear understanding of Puffingston’s long-term goals, budget, and target dates to meet. It was critical to Puffingston to have an aggressive rate and space with easy downtown access, without downtown rents and parking challenges. ECR was able to effectively survey the market and present several options that met Puffingston’s needs.
