With Low Voltage Solutions’ lease expiration upcoming and a desire to relocate south from Braker Lane, ECR was hired to serve as Low Voltage Solutions’ industrial lease advisor and to assist with finding the ideal space and doing so quickly.
Low Voltage Solutions has plans to develop its own site in the upcoming years, but needed an updated space, located closer to most of their projects and clients in the interim.

Additionally, ECR was able to successfully negotiate with the landlord to cover the cost of premises upgrades, such as new paint, an automatic overhead door, and a keypad/remote system for the overhead door.
