Since being hired as the leasing team for Lamar Gateway, ECR has helped lease over 18,000 RSF by having great marketing materials, perfected tours, aggressive follow up and a responsive ownership.

Results

This leasing activity has increased the occupancy level at the building from 67% to 87%, helping the ownership achieve its goals. Lamar Gateway is located at 911 W. Anderson Lane and is a 55,664 office/ retail project.
