Since being hired as the leasing team for Midtown Crossing, ECR has helped lease over 18,000 RSF through great marketing materials, perfected tours, aggressive follow-up, and responsive ownership.

Results

This leasing activity has increased the occupancy level at the building from 67% to 87%, helping the ownership achieve its goals. Midtown Crossing is located at 911 W. Anderson Lane, a 55,664 office/ retail project.
