To expand their clinic footprint into San Antonio.
Convert a shell retail space lacking proper infrastructure for the desired use of Kind Clinic. It was uncovered during design that the plumbing supply to the building was inadequate to supply the client’s needs.
Work within a challenging schedule and tight deadlines to open the clinic as quickly as possible due to increased patient demand.
ECR worked tirelessly with architects, consultants, contractors, and the client to achieve the goals of opening the new branch.
To overcome the lacking infrastructure, ECR presented options to the plumbing engineer. The options achieved the client’s goal and avoided over $75,000 in added costs to the project for unplanned infrastructure work.
Through weekly construction meetings, ECR was able to keep the client apprised of the construction schedule giving them the ability to communicate with future patients.
Through proven execution on this project, Texas Health Action was able to open its doors on time and begin to service the community.
