ECR was hired by the ownership and developer for The Hills Professional project in SW Austin to lease the planned new construction buildings as well as handle all leasing for the existing property.
Strategy
ECR executed the following strategies:
Created a custom brand and marketing strategy utilizing ECR’s in-house marketing team.
Hosted private brokerage lunches with healthcare specialty brokers and other real estate brokers active in the area.
Researched healthcare specialists lacking a presence in the area and targeted them for prospecting. Further, ECR targeted nearby businesses to potentially relocate.
During the development process provided updates through construction pictures.
Pursued a direct mailer campaign targeted towards medical users as well as brokers.
Results
ECR was able to locate strong medical and professional tenants to lease the new construction building and was able to find replacement tenants for the existing medical office building from groups who moved out.
