ECR was originally hired as the project leasing team for a new, Class A, mixed-use project of approximately 85,000 RSF. The client later decided to reprogram the project to incorporate additional uses and achieve more density, as a result, benefit the upcoming vibrant East Austin neighborhood, the client pivoted to an adaptive reuse of the existing buildings targeting creative office tenants. With ECR’s guidance, the client executed a plan to upgrade each building to target creative office users that would benefit to having their own building and abundant parking.
The ECR team has been a great partner in our Chavez Village project.
