- ECR was hired in November of 2015 to market the 12,354 RSF top floor of Capital View Center for sale.
- The goal for ownership was to maximize the sales value.
Strategy
ECR along with the ownership prepared a marketing strategy consisting of the following:
- Developed a strategy and materials to be able to market the property to both users and investors to broaden the buyer pool
- Created custom marketing materials showcasing the benefits of the floor, including pictures of the sweeping views and a detailed aerial
- Personally reach out to active sales brokers
- Personally reach out to potential buyers
- Marketed the property on as many proactive outlets as possible
- Hosted high-quality property tours
Results
- ECR was able to source multiple offers and ultimately located a user we negotiated a price with to reach our clients’ needs/ goals.
- The closing process was smooth and successful with the user-buyer.
