ECR was hired in November of 2015 to market the 12,354 RSF top floor of Capital View Center for sale. The goal for the ownership was to maximize the sales value.
ECR along with the ownership prepared a marketing strategy consisting of the following:
- Developed a strategy and materials to be able to market the property to both users and investors to broaden the buyer pool
- Created custom marketing materials showcasing the benefits of the floor, including pictures of the sweeping views and a detailed aerial
- Personally reached out to active sales brokers
- Personally reached out to potential buyers
- Marketed the property on as many proactive outlets as possible
- Hosted high-quality property tours
ECR was able to source multiple offers and ultimately located a user we negotiated a price with to reach our clients’ needs/ goals. The closing process was smooth and successful with the user-buyer.
