Strategy
ECR’s construction and brokerage teams collaborated on the design strategy of each space. During this process, the team evaluated each suite, its projected tenant type, and rental rate.
Once the strategy was in place, ECR worked alongside S Tipton Studio to create designs tailored to each space.
Results
The spec suite strategy led to more than 45,000 SF of leases and a total building occupancy of over 85%.
ECR’s leasing team was able to sign leases at higher rental rates than any the building had experienced prior to the project’s completion.
Through proven execution on spec suite projects, Brickman has continued to engage in future projects within the building.
