Challenge

• ECR was hired to lease up a to-be-vacant 11,700 SF industrial warehouse situated on 2+ acres.
• Upon the client closing, the property was completely vacated, cleaned, repaired, improved, and 100% occupied with a credit tenant on a new 5-year lease term.

Strategy

• Within the client’s feasibility period, ECR assisted in vacating multiple tenants occupying portions of the property, assisted with direction and consult on property clean up, repairs, and make ready, and secured a new 5-year lease with a credit tenant.
• ECR understood the client’s vision and goals and worked closely with the client to meet and exceed all expectations.
