ECR was hired to provide marketing and leasing service for 2550 S. Ih-35 in February 2011 when the building was completely vacant.
ECR developed a marketing and leasing strategy targeted towards obtaining new tenants for the building. The strategy consisted of the following:

Updated the floor plans for the building to better showcase and manage new leasing efforts.
Strategically executed a direct call, email, and internet marketing campaign targeted towards the brokerage community as well as directly to tenant prospects.
Worked with the ownership to create and stage a ready-to-deliver office suite within the building.
Followed up with all leads and opportunities consistently and effectively.
We acquired an unoccupied 16,000 square foot building in Austin to house our Austin office. We only needed half the space so we went to ECR, who by the way came highly recommended, to help us lease the entire second floor. They were very prompt and professional in marketing the space. To our surprise the second floor was fully occupied within a year of engaging ECR. ECR is a great company to work with.
