Biderman’s Deli, a Jewish-inspired deli featuring house-made NY style bagels, classic deli sandwiches, soups, salads, and more, has made its way into the retail ranks of Austin’s Central Business District, planning to open up shop in September.

Having launched in January 2017, when it took over NeWorld Café’s space at 3742 Far West Boulevard, the deli operation has made impressive strides and is looking forward to its new location. Biderman’s was able to secure a prime spot for restaurant-goers at 800 Brazos Street, with ECR brokerage advisor Tom Pagel representing the landlord in the transaction. “Downtown is an exciting place to be, and we believe there’s a great opportunity to provide workers and residents another great breakfast/lunch option,” says Zach Biderman.

The menu features a wide variety of mouth-watering options, including their top selling Reuben on house-made rye and their very popular vegetarian sandwich featuring roasted sweet potato and goat cheese.
