Strong property management is the ability to balance sticking to a budget while exceeding tenant expectations.

When and why did you begin a career in commercial real estate?
Upon graduating from college, I was given the opportunity to manage and lease executive suites. I loved it and excelled at it, so here I am 25 years later and still in commercial real estate.

What do you specialize in at ECR? / How do you approach tenant relationships?
I specialize in our property management division. It is critical for our success that we exceed the tenants’ needs and expectations. How do you do that? You get to know them, get to know their business, and build a strong relationship with them.

What has been your greatest accomplishment during your career?
Mentoring many colleagues. I have helped numerous employees and colleagues grow professionally and personally. Mentorship is very rewarding to me.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I enjoy traveling the United States. There are so many places to visit, learn new things and try new things. While traveling, I enjoy attending live events.
